RETURNS:

No merchandise is to be returned without a Return Material Authorization #, (RMA). Call 1-800-766-1066 to obtain RMA #.

All standard material items returned are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All special orders are non-returnable.

FREIGHT:

All orders shipped from Norfolk, VA via UPS ground unless specified otherwise at time of order. In stock items shipped the next business day.
